I got flea bites on my face and that was the last straw. I went to the beach to write my journal and met up with a friend who was on a business trip in Hawaii. He offered me the sofa at the giant Hilton he was staying in and I took up his offer.
The place was very nice - very posh and snobby. It had 3 balconies that look down to the long stretch of beach in Waikiki and the bay beyond. It was a very pretty view and I made myself at home and enjoyed the luxury while I could before I start staying in backpacker hostels. (This IS the detailed entry)
