It's a day of rest and recovery. I go on "The Bus" and headed to Waikiki at 10:30. Jeff went to school o get some work done. I met up with Ernie at Waikiki and had lunch with him. We walked along the beach after that - it wasn't as bad as others have suggested.
I got tired pretty fast though, still not fully recovered from the hike. I bid farewell to Ernie by dinnertime and went to the International Market Place to sit, relax, and catch up on my journal while having dinner. (This IS the detailed entry).
