March 30, 2001 - Lakes Entrance to Bateman's Bay, Victoria, Australia

| Beaches along the southern Coast of Victoria, Australia |
After spending time eating our breakkie at 90 mile beach we drove to Orbost and down to Cape Conran to drive through a stretch of dunes, wetlands, and woods, and continued on our way back onto the Princess Highway again to Cann River. After eating lunch on the beach on Croajingolong National Park Jens checked out the badly worn tire on the rear left side of the car.

He decided to change it with the spare and when he got done with the tire changing, he sat hard in his seat to let out a big sigh but he broke his chair in the process. The chair now tilts a bit up when he leans back. We headed away from Croajingolong Nation Park and headed up the coast again.

March 31, 2001 - Return to Sydney, Australia
 |
| Wild 'roos by the ocean on Pebbly Beach, Victoria, Australia |
We made our way up north this morning and stopped by Pebbly Beach to see some Red Lorikeets and Kangaroos on the beach. It was a very nice beach with a nice forest drive and open sandy beaches. We didn't stay too long though, headed up north and continued to drive through some tourist drives along the shore and then up to the mountains through the National Park.

Sydney could be seen from the peak of the national park and we continued to head toward that. Jens drove me to Edgecliff and we bid a fond farewell after that. I'm sure we'll meet up again.
