I got up early this morning and headed down for the taxi, but couldn't find Lawrence or Louise. After we got to the dock, which was pretty much some planks along a river, we waited for a while and finally, Lawrence and Louise showed up.
The ferry dropped us off where a water taxi picked us up to bring us to the shore for RM$2. We then walked around a bit to look for a place to stay and finally settling on a more "expensive" place for RM$55 for the 3 of us.
After checking in, we went down to the beach and I went for a snorkel. I swam along the left shore along the rock and right away, I saw a bunch of fish swimming around, no coral. As I swam a few meters from the shore more and more fish appeared along with corals and anemones and such. I stayed out there for a few hours, taking in some amazing aquatic scenes that rival the Great Barrier Reef.
I came back from my swim and played Frisbee with Lawrence and eventually, Louise joined us. We laid around for a while and went out to dinner after that. My dish came right away and Louise's came after I finished mine. After at least 30 minutes later, we finally asked about Lawrence's dinner and it finally came as an afterthought. We had a good laugh over the whole thing through, and at one time, I even made him spit out water because he was laughing so hard.
