Bermuda is only about 21 square miles, or 55 square kilometers in total land area, but it boasts 63 national parks. Some of them are as small as a person’s yard at approximately 0.12 acres. However, many of the parks are heavily used for recreational purposes, like Jobson’s Cove, part of the South Shore Park.
South Shore Park is the largest of Bermuda’s national parks, spanning 103 acres. The cove, which is within the park, is well protected from the waves of the ocean, creating a swimming-pool-like environment popular with families with kids... both the cute playful type and the annoyingly screaming type...
