I was Made in Taiwan and moved to the USA when I was 10 1/2 years old. I spent 7+ years at the New Jersey Shore (where I still think is one of the best places to live in the States), and graduated from Wall High School. I went to Lehigh University and got a B.S. in Computer Science, minor in Art, and a M.S. in Educational Technology. For a while, I was taking art courses during my spare time, hoping to obtain a B.F.A. some day.
In 2000, I left my job and backpacked around the world for 14 months. I started a new job in Feb 2003 as a Senior Developer / IT Manager with a reinsurance company in Bermuda and hope to stay here for a while.
My many hobbies include Exploring Jungles, Snorkeling, Nature, Ecology, Camping, Hiking, Tennis, Volleyball, Photography, Tropical Fish Keeping and Collecting, Travel, Gardening, Kayaking, Ultimate Frisbee, Arts, Movies, Theaters, and Crafts. (Don't get me wrong - I enjoy many other things, but these are the ones I go out of my way to do.)
To do:
- Hike the Appalachian Trail
- Travel & visit the 49 states by car - sloooooowly
- Go Island Hopping in the Pacific
- Live in a nice big city for at least 3 months
- Move to OZ / UK / NZ or Canada
- Make a short film
- Own a Victorian shore house with a conservatory
- Travel overland through Africa
- Pick up a 4th language
