9/27/2009 – The San Antonio River Walk is still as beautiful as ever. It's a 3 mile stretch of San Antonio River lined with walkways, bridges, manicured gardens, shops and hotels. They even extended it for a mile, creating a more tranquil / less touristy area with some beautiful art works. Thanks to our excellent couchsurfing hosts Steve & Jayne, we had a great guided tour of the city.
