9/13/2009 – Coastal view of California. We happen to drive by an open house at the end of this beach and I checked it out. The property was smaller than my townhouse which isn’t saying much at all, and the house is fairly rundown and is advertised as a “tear-down” to build your dream house. I mean, the view is very nice but I don’t think a small piece of property that could fall into the ocean any minute now with a shack of a house is worth $16 million!
