9/20/2009 – This place pulls any living thing down to the depth of darkness where their souls are lost. Predators, filled with greed and desire, also come here to prey on the trapped souls. Alas, both predators and prey are met with the same fate.
Of course I was talking about the La Brea Tar Pits where thousands of animals perished during the Ice Age. This is the obligatory photo of the Hollywood Sign…

did you know there is another naturally occuring asphalt location in trinidad? They actually modify some of it an export it for use… I don't kow why I know this…
