Rice Pudding with Fresh Cinnamon

Arroz con leche - or Rice Pudding in English. Fresh cinnamon pieces are mixed into this pudding. The fresh cinnamon actually came from a tree growing on the lodge. Cinnamon "stick" is actually the inner bark of more than 7 varieties of cinnamon trees. The inner bark is sliced thin and dried, creating the curled "stick".
